BAS iOS App Update – New Attendance Feature

Brampton Adult Soccer has released an update to the BAS iOS App which can be downloaded from the Apple AppStore to your iPhone, iPad or Mac. If you don’t already have the BAS iOS App we highly recommend adding it to your iPhone for a better experience with BAS.

BAS iOS App Attendance

BramptonSoccer.com has had player attendance settings for well over two years and we’ve been told that many teams find the feature useful. When you log in to BramptonSoccer.com and are taken to your BAS Profile page if you scroll to the bottom of the screen where your upcoming matches are listed, you can set your ‘attendance’ for upcoming matches so that your Team Rep/Captain/Coach can plan appropriately.

Per match attendance is now available directly in the BAS iOS App.

To use the new ‘Attendance’ feature in the app, simply log in with your BramptonSoccer.com account (same username and password as the site) and when the ‘Upcoming Matches’ screen loads, you’ll see a list of your next games ordered by date.

Click on any of the matches to launch pop-up for that match. At the bottom of the pop-up you will see an Attendance section with a YES and a NO button. If you can attend the match, click YES, if you can’t, click NO. If you were able to attend a match but need to check a few things on your schedule, just click ‘Clear’.

Other Features in the BAS iOS App

The BAS iOS App acts predominantly as a streamlined version of the BAS bramptonsoccer.com website. You can quickly access your upcoming matches with: dates, times, opponents, a preview of jersey colours to check for conflicts and links to Google Maps for the different fields you’ll be playing on.

Additionally the app can serve the purpose of being your official BAS Player Card; you can use the app to indicate to conveners that you are a registered member of BAS. This spring BAS had a partnership with a Subway location where showing your BAS Player Profile via the app got you a 15% discount on a combo purchase.
