World Cup Contest Winner

We are pleased to announce that self proclaimed “2nd best ref in BAS”1, Danny Shields has won the World Cup Contest.

To win the contest, Danny correctly guessed that Alphonso Davies would score our first ever World Cup goal and beat out others – who had also picked Davies – on the tie-breaker.

Congrats Danny.

    Thanks Viivette. As for you Tony, I did admit that I was the second best ref in BAS and all the other refs were tied for first place. So yes it could have happened to a better ref, but none of those “better refs.” picked the winner! You have to admit that the best Scottish, Celtic supporting ref in BAS won the contest!
