Refund Policy Brampton Adult Soccer (“BAS”) may offer refunds to eligible parties. One stream for processing refunds pertains to Individuals and another to Teams. The following Refunds apply to registrants who joined as individual players and paid BAS directly for their registration: Category A: Up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the season, full refund. Category B*: Between 4 weeks of the start of the season up to the 4th week of the season, 2/3’s refund. Category C: After the 4th week of the season, no refund. Category D*: The league reserves the right to grant a full or partial refund for extraordinary circumstances. BAS reserves the right to reject or expel any players who we do not feel meet the eligibility requirements at any time during the season and will not be responsible for any refunds or returns should any player be rejected or expelled. The following Refunds apply to teams who joined as a team by paying a deposit and/or balance to BAS directly for their registration: Teams: No team payments are refundable unless a replacement team can be found and duly registered. BAS does NOT engage in refund disputes between individuals who paid their fee directly to a Team. *Category B and D refunds are only granted upon return of team uniform items (if applicable) AND only if a replacement player can be found and duly registered.
